I have overall positive feedback for this practice anyway, but today, they really exceeded all expectations. The time of my submission of a repeat prescription request to the practice, to the time of getting the confirmation that the medication was ready to pick up at the pharmacy was 1 hour and 1 minute. 61 minutes!!!! Incredible. Astounding in fact!

I have had several interactions with different healthcare professionals in the practice over the past few years related to an health condition and each and every one has been caring and compassionate. Despite all the challenges such as staff sickness they have accommodated my care in a timely manner and go above and beyond. I am so grateful for the positive impact you have had on my life. Thank you so much.

Requested a repeat prescription over a week ago. Pharmacy not sent the prescription. Contacted the surgery 4 times since then to request the prescription and despite assurances each time that it would be dealt with quickly (it's for urgent medication) it still hasn't been sent. Not the first time this has happened either.

Did and e-consult, was called back within 30 mins to arrange a face-to-face appointment with a GP the next day (on a Saturday) - couldn't ask for a more efficient practice! They squeezed me in for a bloods appointment alongside seeing the GP, all staff were so friendly, would definitely recommend this to all!

I rang for an appointment this morning only to be told I had to go through Salvie. So then told someone would ring me. Husband concerned I shouldn’t wait so took me to minor Injuries at RVI where I was seen, diagnosed and prescribed treatment. They were fab. About an hour after I left RVI got a message saying could I come for an appointment this afternoon.Surely it’s much easier to phone and be given an appointment.

I'm not registered with this practice, my wife and young son are. I've been impressed by the care for my son shown by the receptionists, GP and nurses recently, particularly given the current NHS pressures. The nurse was very kind to my son during a recent immunisation, and my wife has been complimentary also about other appointments for him.
