The GP practice have been so great dealing with my recent query!! the initial J H working on reception was fantastic and he worked so quickly and efficiently to resolve my query as quick as possible and I really appreciate it!!! thank you :) overall the Practice is very good and all staff members are fantastic!!

We all know times are very difficult and there is alot of pressure in this environment at the moment. Well, I registered as a patient within the last couple of months and can honestly say I feel totally reassured with John Street that help is on the other end of the phone. The receptionists are fabulous, predominantly a lady with the initial C who is patient and helpful every time I have spoken with her/them. The Doctors I have come across in my time with the practice are really thorough, reassuring and helpful. Listened to concerns I have with thought and empathy and a clear decision on next steps by the end of the appt. There really isn't anything I could suggest for improvement. In fact, everyone I speak with would like information on the practice (close family/friends) and are keen to register too.
