From the notification, the easy booking and the slick system at the surgery this was a great experience. In and out within ten minutes which included filling in the necessary form. Very pleasant staff throughout, as usual. Thank you.

My husband and I have had our flu and covid jabs in the last two days. A very well-organised event indeed. No undue waiting, we were treated with the utmost care and kindness. Very easy to book the appointments at times suitable for each of us. Thank you!

I visited the surgery for a COVID and Flu vaccination in October 2024. The service was efficient and well organised and I was in and out very speedily. All staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The man who was directing people was very welcoming and made the visit a pleasure. The health assistant who gave me the vaccines was also very friendly and efficient.

From contact for appointment to attending surgery for injection it was first rate. Attended surgery everything worked. If all nhs services were like this we would be back to world leaders.

I was given ample notice of the appointment. When I turned up at the surgery I was greeted almost immediately and handed a form for completion. Patients ahead of me were called in for vaccination in an efficient, orderly way. None of us had to wait long. The member of staff who vaccinated me was cheerful, efficient, swift and courteous.

Attended for flu and covid vaccination. Organisation was ok, staff very pleasant and efficient, as usual. Just one small point: for someone like me who is disabled, having to go out of the back door and down that steep slope is not easy. Also if I had had a taxi waiting it would have been at the front. I realise why there is this one-way system in place but it does mean extra effort for me.

Flu and covid injections, superbly organised and very efficient from being welcomed at the door then directed to a nurse who carried out the injections.
