review for js medical westbury branch: 21/01/2025 I had a very positive experience with the team at the js medical westbury branch. The reception staff promptly addressed my query while I waited for the pharmacist's call. My telephone consultation with pharmacist ln was exceptional. Despite running slightly behind schedule, she sincerely apologised, which alleviated my concerns about being forgotten. During the consultation, ms ln reviewed my medical condition and noted the remarkable improvement in my health. Her care and professionalism were evident throughout the call. She adopted a holistic approach, checking on my medication adherence, mood, and other concerns, and signposted me to relevant services where necessary. She went above and beyond by reassuring me about my last report and following up with the hospital. This was an extra effort she did not have to make, and it made a significant difference to me. I am truly grateful for l’s care, support, and approachable nature. Thank you for providing such excellent service. This site will not let me use names or cap’s letters were appropriate.

It’s almost impossible to find an appointment, even when you call at 8:00. The attitude of the receptionist, as well as the lack of compassion, especially towards patients suffering from mental health issues, needs to be formally reviewed. I have never experienced such a lack of humanity and decency! Raising their voice to customers, making unprofessional comments such as "it's not my business," and failing to understand that a specific case is an emergency, even with an 111 referral, are unacceptable.

We have attended this Surgery for a number of years. Recently, regardless of what time you manage to get an appointment you always have to wait way beyond that time because the Doctor is always behind. When you have young children who are not well this makes things incredibly difficult. We booked an appointment today for 10am, when we arrived we were told it would be a one hour wait to be seen!? How does that happen? And like I say this isn’t the first time. The appointment was for our young son, incredibly frustrating. It would be helpful to know that js are aware of this issue and are looking into remedying the situation moving forward?

The services that I receive is excellent. Doctors and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I have always been able to book an appointment, when I needed. I would recommend this gp practice to my friends and everyone.
