Staff have no people skills at all and are very rude. If there are any issues they just say sorry not my problem. I had pre booked an appointment. On the day the telephone consultation never happened so called up to ask they we tried to call ull have to book another appointment which was another 2 weeks away. Sent an email to complain to the practice manager and have been ignored. From previous experiences with her she doesn't care and just tells you if you don't like it find a new doctors.

Dear Patient We Take complaints seriously and like to resolve the problems however as this has been left with no name it is hard to follow the complaint through. Reception staff do all they can to help patients and would not say its not their problem. Also the manager receives the complaints not from her own email address and it is the policy to reply back to the complaint with our findings should you care to take this up please ring the practice and ask to speak to the manager so we have more insight into your complaint

Ihave been with this practice for years and dont use it very often but when i do {or try to} you can never get an appointment . i have had a couple of ailments lately due 2 my age which i have had for over 6 weeks and still cannot get an appointment. i cannot work because of 1 of my ailment's so have no income coming in at all . The doctors only seem 2 have a few appointments each day but have thousands of people on its books so how does that work. The receptionists are only doing what they are told 2 do by the practice so i don't blame them . but something urgent needs to be done to sort this out.
