I was sent a text message that I got a Drs appointment ( that I did not make) I rang surgery to confirm and the receptionist first confirmed that appointment has been made - then on further conversation she said it was a mistake - (which I understand can happen) but the receptionist behaviour was really rude and not at all apologetic for confirming the wrong information to me - Still unsure how somebody’s appointment schedule was sent to me via text !

I have been with Jubilee Practice for a while now, and have always received a very good service. I try to see the same doctor, but have found, very good service from other doctors and Locums.

Huge thanks for the care received from the new doctor on staff at Jubilee Surgery. She went above and beyond to help me, and address a long standing issue. Her understanding as well as professional approach was appreciated.

I had an appointment today and I saw a lovely young lady who was a Physician Associate. I didn't know much about their role but she took out the time to explain who she is and what she does. She listened to all my concerns and at no point did I feel rushed. She was very thorough in her approach and answered any questions I had. She took the time to explain all the conditions I have to me - which has never been done before. I now know what medication I am taking for what reason. For the first time in quite a while I felt heard by the NHS and she was open to exploring more than one avenue with me. She was very approachable and sweet, you can tell she has a heart of gold. I've always thought highly of this practice but thought with all the bad press going around, I should highlight some of the positives too. She was very reassuring and comprehensive in her approach. Thank you for all the help today
