Years ago the Doctor's practice always had a chemist within their building but today it's all electronic. I am extremely grateful for the cooperation/planning of both the Doctor and her team. The work was always completed within their building, always on time and with a smile and Hello. Also, the team at Whitton Corner Chemist I am equally grateful for processing the paperwork received preparing/ordering medicine for improving my health locally from Whitton Corner Also a smile and Hello is great. I was sent a text message that I got a Drs appointment ( that I did not make) I rang surgery to confirm and the receptionist first confirmed that appointment has been made - then on further conversation she said it was a mistake - (which I understand can happen) but the receptionist behaviour was really rude and not at all apologetic for confirming the wrong information to me - Still unsure how somebody’s appointment schedule was sent to me via text !

I have been with Jubilee Practice for a while now, and have always received a very good service. I try to see the same doctor, but have found, very good service from other doctors and Locums.

Huge thanks for the care received from the new doctor on staff at Jubilee Surgery. She went above and beyond to help me, and address a long standing issue. Her understanding as well as professional approach was appreciated.
