   Myself and my family use this practice, I have used the practice and the doctor I spoke to was understanding, I was able to get prescription quickly and I did a telephone appointment from their booking system at a time I could schedule. Unfortunately the thing wrong with me they have not investigated fully but as I am not dying and this is quite typical of doctors across the Uk I wouldn't say it is a bad practice.
