Prescription request on the 26th july still not ready by Friday 2nd August, not good enough someone made a big mistake, not even a sorry.

I am finding that this surgery is overloaded and overstreched I find it hard to get appointments easily usually approx 3 month's wait just to get a phone consultation at the moment I am waiting to be connected with reception and I have been on hold so far 30 minutes I was supposed to be 4th in the queue so disappointing I have so far gone up to the surgery twice to sort thing but still no joy will try again tomorrow

Went today for treatment waited approx 10mins to go into doctor. Treat with care dignity & respect. I thank our gp for the treatment given From entering the surgery I was made welcome & on leaving I was 100% happy with the outcome

I note in these reviews that one person can leave several reviews, I queried this as it obviously can distort the figures however the NHS see nothing wrong with it. No wonder the NHS is in a mess. Regarding the surgery my family and I have had no end of issues, ranging from can't getting through, very long wait for appointments, no call backs, doctors not doing what they have promised and inaccurate notes on our files. My daughter was even lied to. It's just not good enough.

I attended the surgery today to hand in a letter stating that my sister needed vid D replacements. I am medically trained myself and work within a GP practice within the same PCN. The receptionist said in a patronising manner to the other receptionist where does it state it needs to he actioned by GP even though it was written in black and white. Very dismissive and in the end I was correct anyway but should have had to be made to feel like I was wrong even though I started multiple times that I am medically trained. Clinical staff are wonderful however to get through to them is a real challenge due to some of the reception staff.

Had appointment today. Greeted with friendly staff at reception then into waiting room. Clean tidy& comfy short wait 5 mins. Go into doctor who as my injections ready. Injections done. I’m not feeling well doctor gives me a check over which is extra to my appointment medication given for illness. Thank you so much for always going extra mile
