    I recently had a procedure with one of the doctors. She and her nurse made me feel very relaxed, cared for and safe. Dr the doctor's friendly, personable manner put me at ease. I felt the doctor gave me time & everything was explained carefully to me prior to the procedure.

    I saw my GP today and I spent 1/2 hour with her. She was genuinely interested in my issues and asked lots of questions to probe and find out more about me and my lifestyle so that she could make a proper diagnosis and offer advice. Usually it is hard to get a 10 minute face to face consultation, but this was very different and I was surprised and pleased with the outcome. Our experience with Kenmore has been mostly excellent, but today this was a health service operating at its best with an outstanding physician. Pity I can’t name her.

    I have had a condition which I found concerning and left me in discomfort. I have had 2 appointments , both were within 2 hours of me requesting an appointment which I think is fabulous. I was given my pills at the pharmacy and sorted swiftly. Just what you need! Well done. I also found the second GP particularly helpful and engaging. Many thanks

    I have had many dealings with multiple doctors nurses admin staff and others in the Kenmore practice. My experience has been universally excellent. Most recently I had need of an urgent prescription as I was unwell but had to fly abroad on the day of my request. The staff sorted it out with perfect efficiency and great courtesy. This was typical of my experience with the Kenmore practice. I am very grateful.

    Having just moved to Kenmore I am amazed how helpful ,polite and efficient everyone is could not be happier best thing I could have done . The they delt with my prescription which was about to run out was amazing compared to my old practice.

    The online service is excellent. I’ve never waited longer than 2 hours for a reply or an appointment. Today I completed the form at 6.30 had an appointment at 8.40 and home with medication by 9 am. Thank you

    I rang for a face to face appointment and within an hour I was in front of a doctor. The doctor was professional and courteous explaining the diagnosis and treatment. It was refreshing to have the visit and I was happy and in the knowledge that all was OK. I thought the doctor in question was especially warm, friendly and reassuring. The reception starr were effiecient and friendly.

    I want to say thank you to the lady who I first spoke with when I walked into Kenmore, I was a little shocked after an incident with a van, she was so kind & understanding, thank you to the kind doctors who took a look at me and referred me to A&E, your professionalism & kindness meant so much to me at a time I was in shock. I felt I was in safe hands. Thank you

    My recent review of medication was dealt with very well. From completing my questionaire to receiving the initial feedback and then to dealing with my concerns by face-to-face discussion all took place within hours. Not only was the consultation a considerate and proffesional one, during that session, I was also able to discuss a current condition which was diagnosed and discussed with patience and a solution proposed for future prevention of reoccurance and prescribed. I received all my medications the following day.
