    The service from kenmore is brilliant. from the immediate response to an email, to the professionalism and courtesy at all times. The receptionists are polite and helpful. Again terrific service. Highly recommended

    Received an appointment at half an hour's Notice on a Friday afternoon via the online request system. Couldn't fault the practice or the GP I saw. Recommend highly.

    The receptionist, practice nurse and pharmacist were all considerate, helpful and reassuring. I was given an appointment at very short notice for the wheezing I was experiencing after 10 days of illness with flu. I was given a prescription at the on-site pharmacy. I was in the surgery for no more than 30 minutes in total.

    I was worried about a health issue so I messaged Kenmore. Within 2 hours a doctor called to discuss my problem. I felt they were thorough in their investigations and very informative. A prescription was issued and I felt relieved. In the past it would have taken several days to resolve the problem.

    Last week, we went away and my daughter didn’t have all her medications. Getting a new prescription wasn’t as straight forward as hoped. However Oliver was brilliant, patient, kind understanding and professional at all tines. Thank you Oliver.

    The receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable. I explained that I had become ill whilst away from home and only had sufficient medication for my intended stay. I had no idea how much longer I would have to be away. Also, I had a nurse and doctor’s appointments which I did not wish to cancel until and if necessary. The receptionist dealt with these and some other issues both professionally and efficiently.

    Kenmore is an excellent practice and I would highly recommend it. Always very efficient service, excellent doctors and friendly staff. I saw a doctor today about various issues, she was fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you.

    After discovering a worrying lump I filled out the online form at 8.30 on a Monday morning. I received a phone call from the practice at 9am and was given a GP appointment at 10am. Following that professional and empathetic appointment I was placed on the 2 week pathway for investigation. Since then I have prompt replies to any enquiry sent on the online form and a personal phone call from a GP to check that I had received my hospital appointment. Altogether it has so far been an excellent experience, demonstrating that the NHS can be efficient and effective . Well done to all the team at Kenmore.

    I had a problem a few weeks ago. I sent a message on the form and within an hour had a phone call asking me to go to the surgery. After examination the doctor decided I needed to go to hospital for day treatment. She spent some time trying to find a vacant slot a different hospitals and found a space at Macclesfield. I was seen there the same afternoon, kept in and operated on the next day. Excellent service- many thanks.

    I found the reception staff very friendly and accommodating when I booked my shingles vaccination I felt awful when I had to rebook as I missed my first appointment due to a number of life events The staff were very understanding and arranged another appointment promptly Thanks to the staff at Kenmore
