When I first contacted the surgery about my painful knee, I was given a face to face GP appointment for the very next working day. The appointment was only about 5 mins late. The difference in our Kennington Health Centre since the practice was taken over by the Manor Surgery is like night and day.

Did email consultation at 8am Dr called at 9am And antibiotics prescribed And collected at 12 Very happy with fast efficient treatment

Saw GP on Thursday. Very prompt appointment and GP was very helpful and listened carefully to what I had to say. We agreed a plan of action and I felt well supported.

Our enquiry about travel health was met efficiently. Our only comment was that the travel form was not available on the website so we had to phone for a link.

Appointment for treatment of stiff and trigger fingers. Helpful advice and treatment given plus referral for X ray. Very efficient service given, as now usual at Kennington Health Centre.

Twice in the last month I have needed a doctors appointment. Both times I have been given an appointment within 24 hours. Referrals have been quickly made. Neither doctors made me feel I was wasting their time and did not rush the appointment

I saw one of the doctors yesterday - the appointment was on time which I appreciated. The doctor concerned was very thorough and answered my questions and I came out feeling very positive. I would also like to give a mention to the Reception staff who have been extremely helpful every time I have been to the surgery. Thank you so much.

Saw GP this morning. Very prompt response to my initial query and extremely helpful appointment where doctor was able to diagnose the likely issue and take necessary steps to resolve. I left feeling well supported and reassured.

Used the form and attached photographs of the infection following a cat bite above my ankle. In less than an hour, received a reply, had antibiotics prescribed and was given advice about what to do if there was no improvement after two days. The result happily was a complete recovery. Many thanks.

I was invited for a Respiratory Syncytial Virus vaccination. This was booked online for a specific timed appointment. It was give very efficiently and right on time. Thank you.
