I have been calling daily fora week at 8 am to get an appointment after having paid ihs services it feels like begging for an appointment after having paid. The number is always busy as if someone just hangs the phone i am utterly dissatisfied

Dear Patient Thank you for your comments. We apologise for the issues you have had getting through to the practice. We do understand it is very difficult to get through to us by telephone especially in the morning. Our trained Care Navigators take calls throughout the day and are best trained to help patients as quickly as they can with their queries. There are other way you can use to get in touch with us– we encourage all our patients to sign up for PATCHS (https://patchs.ai/practice/kensingtonpartnership) which opens up for requests at multiple times throughout the day and allows you to send pictures and speak to the Doctor quickly and easily without having to call us or come into surgery. We aim to respond to all PATCHS requests within 48 hours of submission. You can also use the NHS App or SystmOnline which has telephone appointments released to be booked at 7am & 7pm Monday – Thursday. You can download the NHS App on your phone or come into surgery with valid ID to sign up for SystmOnline” if you have not done so already.
