    Absolutely shocking partnership, can barely get through in the morning to book an appointment and then when you get through they tell you no appointments available and contact back the next day… what kind of service is this ? Also if you call during the day you get told to call back the next morning at 8am and wait to speak to someone. Simply shocking standards and can’t get through to anybody to discuss my situation. Don’t recommend this partnership to anyone. Stay well clear unless you’re happy to wait weeks or months for an appointment.

    Dear Haroon Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments about the surgery. We apologise for the difficulty you had regarding getting an appointment, we understand it can be very difficult to get through to us via telephone especially in the morning. Our trained Care Navigators take calls throughout the day and are best trained to help patients as quickly as they can with their queries. There are alternatives you can use to get in touch with us – we encourage all our patients to sign up for PATCHS (https://patchs.ai/practice/kensingtonpartnership) which opens up for requests at multiple times throughout the day and allows you to send pictures and speak to the Doctor quickly and easily without having to call us or come into surgery. We aim to respond to all PATCHS requests within 48 hours of submission. You can also use the NHS App or SystmOnline which has telephone appointments released to be booked at 7am & 7pm. You can download the NHS App on your phone or come into surgery with valid ID to sign up for SystmOnline Best regards Surji Cair Patient Engagement and Public Relations officer

    Been told by pharmacist that I need to see my GP I’ve tried for 5 days to make an appointment nothing just told to ring at 8 next day by the time you get through they have all gone.I work for the NHS so I know things can be difficult but this practice is a joke and seriously needs improving I am currently trying to register elsewhere

    This practice has an excuse for everything been with this practice for a very long time i can never get an appointment soon as you get through to them they say no appointments left their excuse is they have too many patients but yet they keep on registering new patients every day dont understand why they keep registering more patients but can't give patients appointments even getting your repeat medication is a big problem for this surgery they always getting it wrong this surgery really needs some structure in place.
