You have a sloping pathway up to the surgery door which is exactly as it should be. However, there are hedges either side of this narrow pathway (which are prickly thorn) and offer no allowance for a handrail on either side. In my view, at least one side hedge should be removed to allow patients with compromised balance and stability to walk to the door. This should not require much work to be done to rectify the problem. This is the only criticism of the Health Centre I have. The Staff and Doctors and the Support Workers are all excellent. I would be grateful if you could give this matter considerable consideration as my Brother (who is one of your patients) almost fell today because he had nothing to hold on to and it isn't the first time I've witnessed his difficulty. Great service. Followed up to ensure everything had happened according to the plan. Asked if I had any further problems and how they could be resolved. Been with this practice for many years and always had great service. Well done Team.
