We have been with Kenwood medical centre and its previous incarnation since 1988. We have always been treated with great compassion and dignity. I am currently able to conveniently get appointments with the Surgery and all staff including doctors, allied health professionals and nurses provide an excellent service. Recently had a visit from the GP to see my frail mother who is bed bound and the GP showed great compassion, professionalism and actively listened to all our concerns and has acted on them to keep my mother comfortable which is the best we can do. Very happy with the service that not only I have received but all my family have received over the years. A big thank you to the principals and all supporting staff.

Dr was brilliant, such sound excellent advice provided. I was also given a pain diary, and advised on possible issues and the way forwards.

Amazing advice by the practice nurse in Jan 2024. Her professional guidence with the diet plan helped me lower my blood sugars which I was struggling with. So big thank you. All the staff members are very helpful and professional.

My mother came for a consultation for her blood test results and for the nurse nadia to discuss them with her. I came along as support. My mum is prediabetic I just want to highlight that the nurse is such a gem to have, her advice the way she deals with patients is amazing, my mum never used to do daily walks have vegs or drink a litre of water and the consultation and the shift in mindset has made my mum transform her life. A massive thank you for your help and being a support system.

My experience with this practice is very positive. I needed an emergency appointment where I had to call practice on the emergency time frame ,the professional and supportive receptionist that this practice have , promptly assisted me in finding a doctor consultation on the same day. In regards my doctors and nurse I always feel assisted and confident

I recently went to the surgery and had an appointment to check on my health condition. The nurse and the doctor was very helpful and referred me immediately for more treatment. The self checkin needs fixing but they are doing a great job

I called the practice for an enquiry and amazed to see the top class service and the patient attention provided over the call. The staff are really experienced and knowledgeable to provide right guidance and assist the patients with care. I had also requested them for appointments for travel vaccinations, their guidance on the information was exemplary. Not to mention, the patient care follow ups they do are very good and we feel lucky to have been associated with this GP. Certainly recommend this GP Practice...

The staff and receptionists at Kenwood are always great. Recently, I missed my appointment due to overrunning a meeting at work, and when I called back they booked me into an appointment straight away the same day. They didn't say anything negative and understood my situation. I am entirely grateful, as the appointment was important so I can be prescribed with the needed antibiotics. I've consistently had a great experience at Kenwood Medical Centre. They're always prompt and helpful, fitting me and my kids in for same-day appointments whenever possible. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming too. GP has been fantastic! They provided excellent care throughout and understood my concerns about my child. They even went the extra mile by securing referrals for both A&E and a private hospital, exactly as I requested. Thank you!
