Was lovely to have an appointment with a Dr who listened. I didn't feel rushed in any way. She was kind ,empathetic and very helpful.

I had a text asking me to book an appointment for a routine screening. I filled in a web form on a Saturday to request an appointment and had a phone call on the following Monday with a suggested date of a Saturday a week and a half later. The practice nurse who did the test was fast, efficient and friendly. She also answered my questions about some medication I've been taking. I left the practice very satisfied.

Made to feel at ease from the beginning of my appointment. Nurse was lovely and very professional. Very helpful with information regarding websites to visit for more information. Receptionist’s very helpful and friendly. Thankyou all

I recently visited this GP surgery and it was the first time in six years that I felt truly cared for regarding my health. The staff was attentive and genuinely concerned, offering comprehensive help and support. It's refreshing to find a medical team so dedicated to patient care. I've already recommended it to friends. Highly recommend for anyone seeking thoughtful and effective healthcare.

Easy to check in via computer. Appointment on time. Made me feel at ease in appointment. Went through blood results and explained. Very good at explaining next steps and follow up procedures.

Advice given for continuing back pain exercises given via email, follow up appointment booked with GP. Attended for smear test next day and discussed concerns, blood tests and follow up arranged, treated with empathy. Very satisfied with both experiences all staff approachable and understanding.

Dr, was as ever extremely professional understanding and empathetic. I suffer terribly with health anxiety, Dr always me feel safe and at ease. On this occasion he went above and beyond by conducting my over 40 health check as he was the only person I wanted to do it even though it should have been with a nurse. He did it no problem at all I was so grateful.. Dr,is a genuinely lovely kind and understanding gentleman who deserves the highest respect and praise. I want to pass on my sincere thanks to him for always calming me and allowing me time to talk often repeat the questions, he answers every time as if it was the first time I’ve asked.
