Staff are so kind and caring. They talk politely and addresses all your worries. Never has a Gp surgery ever checked up on me and my well being and follow-up but this surgery does and it makes me feel save. Thank you to all the staff at Kenyon medical centers both Brandon Road and chace.

Almost everyone at the practice that I come in contact with has been very nice and helpful. The nurse I have been seeing on a weekly basis for almost a month has been so sweet, friendly, calmness to her and really listens to issues I have. I've had an appointment with a doctor recently that I felt he didn't listen and has shrugged off my issue. When I mentioned this to the nurse, she mentioned she'd chat to another doctor to get me seen another day to help with my unresolved issue.

The Dr's appointment was very professional with a thorough examination and a path way of what further tests would be required. The Dr was easy to talk to and very supportive.

Receptionist was friendly and attentive and gave clear instructions of where I needed to wait to see the doctor. Very quick appointment given. Doctor was kind understanding and gave clear helpful advice. Explanation of conditions were made easy to understand and made me feel reassured by booking me in for follow up appointment.
