Had to visit the nurses twice in the last couple of weeks and on both occasions I found them to be incredibly helpful, very informative and put any worries I had to rest. Can’t praise the practice enough. I would highly recommend.

After making my appointment I received reminders which was very helpful. After signing into the surgery for my appointment I was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes.

The Doctor made time to listen to me explain my problem and talked through how we would resolve the issue and move forward,he was kind caring and considerate to me

The nurse is amazing, iv been seen by herself on a few occasions and she just makes me feel so at ease, she’s always extremely happy and chatty which always makes the appointments go nice and easy. She generally takes an interest in you and will have a laugh. She truly is lovely!

I was seen my a doctor in which I’d never seen before, granted I could have asked for a doctor I had but I wasn’t really fussed. On arrival the doctor didn’t seem interested anyway, asked me what my condition was called? How am I supposed to know? He had open ampules on his desk in which wasn’t used in our appointment. I told him a personal and sensitive thing which could’ve related to my problem and he rolled his eyes and didn’t reply for a minute. I normally have good experiences at this doctors and have had for the past 15 years from what I can remember however this specific visit I felt there was a lack of professionalism and safety practices being used.
