Had a positive experience, gp was every good at explaining through the consultation. After each visit i was never unsure. Therefore i was at peace of mind after the visits

I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner R after a phonecall to ask for advice following a recent fall. She called me in half an hour later and really cared. She listened and put my mind at ease. She advised visiting the hospital as she suspected I had broken my collar bone , I had. I saw her again Saturday for a smear test where again she was excellent in listening and helping with other women's stuff. She has arranged a follow up and blood tests. She is an asset to the practice.

The nurse made me feel really at ease during my smear test. I was very nervous after having a bad experience previously, however she explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pain and the procedure was over very quickly.

I really wanted to write this review for the surgery. I can’t emphasise enough about the positive attitude of the main doctor and the nurse practitioner. Also the person who conducted my cervical screening was really compassionate. They all are apt for their roles and really doing a great job by being so kind and considerate to the patients coming in. I felt heard and understood. My concerns were addressed with great importance. They made it feel so effortless. I really appreciate their attitude and please keep doing what you are doing. Thanks.

having attended the surgery on 2 occasions this month to see both the doctor and the nurse, I felt both were pleasant, reassuring, and I did not feel rushed. It would be great if there could be an announcement of the room where the patient has to go for those whose sight is not so good.

We went for the vaccination of our kid. The receptionist and the nurse was very helpful. Overal we had a good experience with the centre.
