Got a same day phone consultation appt with my preferred gp. He rang at designated time and when he heard it was for a skin problem, he invited me in to the surgery so he could look at it himself which I was relieved about. Prescribed an ointment which worked well and also arranged to see for himself any improvement a couple of weeks later. Such a wonderful manner - seemed to genuinely care and give me the time needed without my feeling rushed or a nuisance. On bad side, instead of getting usual appt reminder by text, I received gobbledegook! In tough times, I think this practice has some exceptional doctors
