Kew Medical Practice are very obtuse at giving you a face to face appointment. The Receptionist was very unhelpful and the GP had absolutely no interest in my health. She constantly spoke over me and dismissed my concerns. She tone and manner was insensitive, unkind, and very abrupt. She refused to investigate my health concerns further and I was tearful and very upset at the way she treated me. I left the consult absolutely petrified about my health condition and knowing that Kew Medical Practice don’t care and won’t help has led me to take the decision to move to a different practice. The GPs are just very unprofessional, unsupportive and antagonistic here and seem to view patients as a burden and nuisance.

I felt very rushed and the GP made no eye contact, interrupted me after only 3 seconds of answering her very direct and didactic questions and showed no kindness when I told her I had a heart attack a few months ago and was very scared and worried. The GP refused to exam me and told me it’s all in my head and that I’m wasting her time and she has to have her lunch. I was so upset at the complete lack of compassion and respect not to mention how rude she was. She looked at the watch, opened the door and said “bye”. I will move to another Surgery because this GP doesn’t care, has no time for her patients, is rude, has no empathy and refuses to exam patients. How are such poor GPs allowed to Practice and why isn’t the regulator doing anything about this?

I would like to check if this was intended for our surgery, as , having checked all the consultations with a female GP in December I was unable to find a consultation containing any of the information that you have provided in your review. I wondered therefore whether it may have been intended for one of the other Practices in Kew or Richmond? If you were indeed referring to our clinic, we would greatly appreciate any additional information so that we can identify the specific consultation, reflect on the issues raised and hopefully improve our service. I found the GP to lack empathy and not to be kind and she had no interest in helping me. I was rushed and the doctor didn’t even examine me or explain anything to me. There was no compassion.

They never answer their phone. All you get is a number of options. It doesn't matter which option you choose (I've tried them all) and you go into a number of rings after which the line goes dead. No answer to emails either, in case you're wondering. Sorry if you (like me) are registered with them....
