I am despairing about how you get an appointment here. I once rang 70 plus times over a two day period - each calls last 54 seconds - to not even get into a queue. When I finally got through after months of trying, the doctor said he would call me back but never has. I have tried messaging and writing letters but the only response I had was, this is not the appropriate place to send a message. Twice a nurse appointment was on the phone but the letter invite both said in person. They wouldn't see me in person and I missed the call as I was driving back from the appointment. I would love to know what has happened and how others manage to see a doctor. Is there a secret I don't know about?

Late afternoon yesterday I became concerned for my young daughter as her throat infection worsened. I called the surgery at 5.15pm and by 5.45pm she had seen a brilliantly thorough Dr and received a prescription & advice to manage her symptoms over the weekend. So grateful for swift access to healthcare when we needed it.
