   At best the practice is unorganised, employees are lazy and inefficient. I feel like I have to follow up forever to make little progress. They don't make any effort whatsoever to sort their internal issues between teams within their practice. Confusing when they send us between Kidbrooke and Sherard road practices. Would avoid this practice if possible.
