    I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful secretaries, who have recently supported me, with my referral and contacting the hospital last week. Each time I speak with them, they are always happy to help and offer such insightful advice. They are truly a credit to the practice!

    Following a phone call regarding some adverse symptoms I was given a face to face appointment the same day. This led to blood tests within the week. After a series of tests I was contacted by the doctor. She explained my results and recommended a course of treatment.The doctor was very efficient and reassuring and put my mind at rest. Really couldn't ask for any better service

    Booked a call to talk about a personal topic but the waiting time was several weeks away. But despite the waiting time for a call, the call itself was fantastic. GP felt understanding and showed empathy, genuinely listened instead of reading a script and offered good advice. I wanted to talk about another separate topic too and they continued to listen and again offered thorough advice tailored for my needs. I'm assuming I cannot mention the name of my GP during the call but I'm thankful to them for not only listening, but also for understanding and helping!

    We use the text service as we always get a call or text back within a couple of hours and they sort our health issues out every time. Cannot fault them

    My son was dealt with understanding and my gut instinct taken in to consideration. I felt the Doctor really understand and wanted to help. We weren't dismissed and what could have been a long drawn out process wasn't.

    I had an appointment today, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, namely congestion on the main ring road, it gave rise to me being 7 minutes late. Having explained my circumstance I was asked to wait and my appointment would be fine. Then I was told 5 minutes later I would have to rebook. To my knowledge previous appointments I have never been late, in fact it’s normal for me to have to wait 10 -15mins after the appointment time. Appreciate timing is everything, but so is understanding and service. I could have been seen as you only take blood. Very frustrating, so going forward it works two ways, if I have to wait more than seven minutes past the appointment time. I will rebook the appointment.

    Dear Mr Mooney, We appreciate the effort our patients make to attend on time and therefore do our best to run as close to booked appointment times as possible. Adhering to a Late Patient Policy assists us in doing so. If a patient calls ahead to say they will be late, this does not alter the policy.     I came for an appointment thismorning 12 7.2024 on arrival whilst checking in my legs became very weak and I had a panick attack was feeling very faint,patients stopped to help and alerted staff who were fast to come help me! Just want to send my appreciation staff got me sorted and the doctor was very thorough

    Dr's are great to me,the reception staff are too,I had a heart attack a year February,I phoned up with a chest complaint the receptionist I spoke to jumped into action and advised me thoroughly.was a false alarm thank God but I appreciate the actions
