Saw doc as struggling with pain and mental health had good chat changed few pills and agreed to try new meds was made to feel like ide been listen to

On all occasions I have received quite wonderful professional care by highly competent empathetic professionals. This includes one of the. professionals contacting me post treatment to discover if the issue has been resolved. I have always found that medics in the practice describe and explain in a clear unconvoluted way. So grateful for the care received. Thank you all!

I attended the surgery yesterday for a blood test. The results were received today and the doctor texted me immediately with the results, which fortunately were good. This service typifies the experience I have always had at Kidderminster Medical Centre, both from the nurses and the doctors. They are unfailingly kind, caring and professional and go out of their way to help I would unreservedly recommend the practice and am very grateful for the treatment for my various health issues.

I have attended the surgery for a number of months, including those when COVID restrictions applied, to have dressings applied to my leg ulcers. During this whole period the nurses in particular, and the practice in general, have unfailingly shown the highest levels of care, competence and friendship to me. They are extremely professional and proactive in their approach and the great improvement in my condition is entirely due to them. I am extremely grateful for all the care , help and kindness that they always show to me. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice as an excellent service.

I’ve had to use KMC’s wonderful service more times than I would’ve liked over the last 12 months and I’m truly grateful for the whole team. Every doctor & nurse I’ve seen has been warm, understanding and thorough. The doctors have truly listened, they’ve seen me quickly & made sure I was ok. I want to say a special thank you to the reception team. Last month I was feeling especially low and unwell. I called for an appointment and was met with such kindness. I honestly can’t express what a difference it makes to be treated with empathy when feeling vulnerable. Huge thank you to them for the way in which they deal with patients. It really makes a difference.
