    Was seen by nurses for bloods and GP for other symptoms, all was explained of my condition in a professional manner, all staff polite, and surgery kept very clean. All in all very satisfactory 😊

    Practice sent an appointment reminder text with a Web link should I need to cancel, which I did. Despite using the link and getting to the cancellation confirmation page, the next day I received a text claiming I had failed to attend and wasted the appointment.

    Everytime I make an appointment for my babies I get told to send photos which I was okay with then they gave me some cream but made it alot worse then I had to ring 111 and get an out of hours appointment due to no appointments available for 3 weeks my baby is only 2 years old to be told they was wrong and that it something else 3 times now got right cream on the mend but instead of guessing what it is try a face to face appointment it will be much better

    I called in to see if I could have an appointment and spoke to a lovely receptionist who arranged for the appointment to be later that afternoon. I saw a clinician who took the time to listen and prescribe appropriate treatment. This is a big improvement from previous experiences.

    I called on Friday and got a non emergency appointment on the following Wed. The lady I saw was knowledgeable,identified the problem and put my mind to rest quickly.

    Got a quick appointment to see doctor who was great and gave me peace of mind. He explained the problem clearly and gave me things to look out for which was very helpful

    I visited the Dr due to an on going issue of water infection that occur after my lady month cycle has finished. I was an hour late being seen and was left waiting with a baby who obviously was getting bored. Then I went into my appointment and was basically told I was lying about the whole situation.. apparently I can't have periods on the contraception implant although I've had this form off birth control for the last 12 years and have remained regularly. The NHS website states you can still cycle 🤦 then I was told that I can't have water infections that regularly and not require antibiotics every time because apparently you need antibiotics every time even though the NHS website states UTI tend to clear within 3-4 days without needing antibiotics 👌

    Every experience I have had in this surgery except from when with the Nurse and one clinician I have felt unwelcome, misunderstood and felt like a problem that rather than solving they just wish to get rid of . They have argued with me against my own decisions and opinions about my body. They have consistently made me feel like I am wasting their time and that my symptoms aren't valid/important. After my last appointment I left the surgery crying after feeling like I was being chastised and belittled for my opinions on a procedure I wanted Vs the one I didn't want to happen to MY body . I hope they manage to change my opinion of this surgery but my experiences so far have made me hesitant to get treatment from this practice.
