Got an appointment straight away with a great doctor who went through all my medication. He explained what they were all for and the side effects for each one .He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I will make sure I see him every time I need to see a doctor from now on.

What a shambles of a practice. It does not even warrant one star. So someone here leaves a review saying they were given an urgent same-day appointment for a chesty cough and cold and sent away with "advice". Emergency? Really? Whose doing the triaging, the receptionist? I request an urgent appointment for a recurrence of cancer and am told I must wait 3 weeks. A sniffle gets immediate attention whilst cancer is given another 3 weeks to grow. There are clearly serious problems with this practice.

I recently attended feeling unwell. I was taken seriously and blood tests were ordered followed by a CT scan. I received a message to attend the surgery as soon as my CT scan results were in and referred straight away to the hospital. The whole thing was easy and I felt that the GP really listened to me and didn't ignore any of my concerns. I have received nothing but good service from the practice in the 16 years I have lived in Killamarsh and have nothing but praise for them all. Thank you

I had cause to ring the practice on behalf of my mother for wound advice. I didnt quite know how best to access the service I thought I needed. The receptionist was extremely helpful in offering a secure link for me to send photos of the wound to be assessed and within 24hrs dressings were in the pharmacy ready for me to pick up. Amazing service!

Cold, cough and sore chest for two weeks. Went to reception at 8 o'clock on Monday morning and given an appointment for 10.45 that morning. Seen promptly and given full mot by doctor. Reassured and advice given.

I spoke to the receptionist about a problem. She said it was a ‘same day’ problem and booked me an appointment an hour later with the clinician. The clinician was very efficient and made a decision to prescribe antibiotics for my problem after questioning me closely about my symptoms. She explained the condition and treatment very well. I collected the prescription immediately from the pharmacy and the condition cleared after the course of tablets. I was advised to return if the symptoms reappeared.

I was seen by a practice nurse for routine screening. I was quite anxious but her caring manner, kindness, skill and professionalism made it a very positive experience.
