    Got through to reception pretty easy by phone got an appointment and communication and treatment was first class

    Although had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment I was seen by a friendly doctor and listened to , wasn’t rushed and things explained clearly. Happy with the service but would have liked to be seen quicker

We do strive to reduce the lead time for appointments, particularly with GPs as we know how important this is to all our patients.     Although had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for a none urgent appointment, once in the surgery treatment and advice was excellent. Blood tests were taken promptly with no rebooking with a nurse to get bloods done. Results were delivered to my NHS app the following day with a call from the GP the same evening to advise a medication adjustment was necessary. I then received a further phone call from receptionist making me a follow up appointment. Diagnosis and treatment, literally 24 hours. Well done Killamarsh Medical Practice.

    The GP identified an issue in my blood result providing me with the opportunity to deal with it by giving support. This care and guidance has made a difference and I appreciate their great advice and proactive approach.

    She was very rude and didnt seem interested when i wanted to ask a question was told if not to do with ears just make another appointment in my 70 odd years at your surgery i have never felt a need to complain till now

    Saw a doctor who actually, for once, had time to discuss things with you. They had patience and understanding of the situation of why I had to visit. Would now only see this one doctor in future unless it was an emergency.

    Clinician was thorough, we went thro’ options regarding my condition. I go for an X-ray tomorrow to confirm what is wrong. I feel very positive about my future care. I’ve been with this practice for over 70 years, I feel they have had it rough over the last few years, but are getting back on track now. Phew
