    I called this morning at 8.03am. The option for appointment wasn't available...there was no queue to join. Having suspected heart attack I tried option 2. The person who eventually picked up refused to help me and forced me to redial. This is how this surgery treats life threatening issues.

    The appointment booking allocation system is very poor. You ring for an appointment No appointments are available, please ring back tomorrow. This goes on for weeks. Even if a doctor has asked you specifically to see them in x weeks. I certainly do not have 45 mins a day to spend calling the surgery to arrange a follow-up appointment. The service has declined since COVID. Once you are lucky enough to get through and get an appointment, It may be with a different GP so you have to explain everything again. The staff gives 100% positive experience. The booking system is the Major broken link in the chain
