    I was very ill due to a severe water infection ,the Dr rang the hospital and sent me straight down where I was admitted for tests ,I was there 3 weeks and several things were shown up to need further investigation, My surgery have been very supportive to me and I feel very grateful for all the help I recieve ,,

    I contacted the surgery via their appointments web page and filled in the short triage questionnaire. This was quickly assessed by the surgery and I was requested to re-contact them to make an appointment. A little apprehensive about the online method to make appointments but once started, the procedure was quite straight forward. During this period I also spoke with reception staff on the phone and they were extremely friendly and helpful. At my visit to the surgery the appointment time was accurate and the GP was respective and informative of my ailment. It was felt that further investigation was required at the local A&E department where I was asked to attend later that day with a letter supplied by the GP. A&E organised a scan for me and a post scan consultation. Following that visit, Kings Medical Centre quickly contacted me by txt to arrange a follow up appointment with the GP who from that meeting is currently monitoring my situation. What a great service I received from Kings Medical Centre.
