Phoned hospital for problem and was told to contact surgery with a urine sample. Visited same afternoon and sample was tested. Doctor reviewed results and issued prescription for collection from chemist the following morning. Immediate response and perfect drug for problem. As ever my treatment has been spot on. Many thanks to you all.

From initial consultation to follow up phone call the doctor was so thorough, so caring and professional in every way. Also very reassuring and gave excellent advice. I would have every confidence in this doctor going forward and would highly recommend.

The nurse who took my blood yesterday was absolutely amazing. I explained that I usually faint when my blood is taken, I am 36 years and yes it still happens. She was very nice, did everything very quick, distracting me with questions about holidays. After she finished she made sure I was ok and then I could go. There were no marks on my arm either or pain during the process. Thank you very much!

I was unsure of the move to online booking of appointments, having always telephoned for appointments but received a call back within a couple of hours. Primary issue was for a medicines review but I appreciated the wholistic approach taken. Felt listened to by the GP, received test results, discussed future treatments and referrals for community based services by text forassociated issues and was clear on the actions going forward.

Got told I’ll be fine without my medication when my doctor had left and signed me off my meds without letting me know, was booked in for a review to not get it and then not allowed my meds, the service was shocking when I asked why and simply got laughed at by the lady behind the desk

The clinical staff have always been wonderful to me I have no complaints at all with them. However I have ulcerative colitis and whenever I attend for my b12 injection appointment the toilets are always locked. This is a health centre. It’s already a very stressful experience having to keep an eye out for your appointment being called and not being able to use the toilet when needed. Depending on the receptionist they will open it for you to sometimes not. You cannot deny people the use of the facilities it is a basic human right. This is really off putting and I dislike having to attend the practice in person for this reason. Some of the receptionists are lovely but some are very unapproachable which compounds an already stressful situation.
