I was unsure of the move to online booking of appointments, having always telephoned for appointments but received a call back within a couple of hours. Primary issue was for a medicines review but I appreciated the wholistic approach taken. Felt listened to by the GP, received test results, discussed future treatments and referrals for community based services by text forassociated issues and was clear on the actions going forward.

Got told I’ll be fine without my medication when my doctor had left and signed me off my meds without letting me know, was booked in for a review to not get it and then not allowed my meds, the service was shocking when I asked why and simply got laughed at by the lady behind the desk

The clinical staff have always been wonderful to me I have no complaints at all with them. However I have ulcerative colitis and whenever I attend for my b12 injection appointment the toilets are always locked. This is a health centre. It’s already a very stressful experience having to keep an eye out for your appointment being called and not being able to use the toilet when needed. Depending on the receptionist they will open it for you to sometimes not. You cannot deny people the use of the facilities it is a basic human right. This is really off putting and I dislike having to attend the practice in person for this reason. Some of the receptionists are lovely but some are very unapproachable which compounds an already stressful situation.

After filling the online form out this morning for the first time regarding an ongoing issue, I was thoroughly impressed by the ease and efficiency of the process. Within just under two hours I received a phone call from a doctor, who explained what we will do next to help the situation moving forward. Overall a very positive experience!

Filled an online form at 8 50 today doctor called me back within the hour. It was an excellent consultation not rushed at all. Keep up the good work !

Contacted the surgery by e mail with symptoms....got a call back from the doctor and after discussing my problem I was given an appointment for later the same morning.The doctor saw me and was able to reassure me on certain things.The process was not difficult even for someone of my limited technical ability.After so much adverse publicity about th NHS in the press I was reassured by my experience.

Used accurx system for the first time to arrange a call with GP, extremely easy to use and received a phone call from GP same day with prescription issued....very happy with the speedy service

Gave details of my suspected ailment on the online form and forwarded same to practise, around 1300 hours on 27/3/23. Recieved a call from doctor around 1700 hours on same day. After a discussion doctor stated he would forward a prescription to my local pharmacy asap. Really pleased with the response l recieved and the attitude of the doctor l spoke to.
