    Had a blood test booked origanally booked 2 weeks after my appointment, got there and they told me the blood had already been collected and then i had to book a appointment for 3 weeks later, been left with a bad fever and no help at all.

    I have been with them for over 15 years but since the pandemic they are not interested to see you. My doctor the one I registered with has long gone. I see locum doctors for most of the time. The other staff i.e the secretary is not good at all. In my latest appointment with the GP (another locum) I needed some information and the doctor told me that she would talk to the secretary but it has been over 2 months but I have not received any reply.

    I’ve been with this practice for nearly 30 years. I am disabled, and do not have a choice to register elsewhere, as this is closest to me. The front staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and very demoralising. I do find that doctors are very reluctant to help, and lack empathy and people skills. Everyone at the practice need to appreciate that us patients are in need of help and thus, we should be listened to more so. The receptionists do need to be trained more so to be patient and respectful at all times.

    Not sure how they can be accepting new patients. It is impossible to book an appointment unless it is an urgency. I tried to follow up on tests and could not get anything on line. I called and the earliest they could offer was September. I mentioned I have surgery this week and will not be mobile. It made no difference. The last few doctors I spoke to treated me as if I am below them , not trying to understand my perspective at all. I use private insurance but unfortunately still need a gp referral, and given how difficult it is to get a appointment makes issues pile up. I am looking to change practice

    Hi, Please can I enquire as to which Kingfisher Practice you are referring to ? There are three nationwide. I ask as we are a little surprised as we have lots of appointments available, even this week. Many thanks

    I can not praise the staff at Kingfisher enough from the receptionist who was super helpful and the Doctor who really took the time to really listen to me and address all my health issues. I would never want to register any where else, thank you.
