  1. Review titled Don't bother to get hold of themover the phone

Rated 1 star out of 5

My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy twice despitethe correct details having been input by myself through their Dr iq. I tried to callthe practice to get this rectified and spent an average of 45 minutes in the call queue over 3 sessions, without anyone answering the phone despite an automated message telling me I was "second in the queue". Waste of time.

  2. Review titled Considered advice and quick response

I just joined the practice upon moving to London. I found it impossible to contact the reception by phone (their Dr iQ app said to contact them if I had not been registered by end of the next working day - it took almost 3 working days) - however, the doctor I had was excellent. Having filled a summary of my issue in the Dr iQ app at 8.15am, I had a missed call from a doctor in my phone when arriving to work at 9am, and this was followed by a further call that morning. The doctor took the time to listen, go through the issue in full, ask many questions (looking at the issue holistically and looking for more of my patient history) and recommended several tests/explorations, explaining how each would take place, what I needed to do and how long the waiting time might be. I really felt that the doctor took the issue seriously and I was very pleasantly surprised by how good the iQ app was (rather than just being tick boxes, it allowed me to explain what I thought the problem might be, in order to assist the doctor in allaying any fears I might have).
