I am very happy with this Gp today I needed an appointment for myself and the reception team even it was a bussy monday find a same day appointment for me even the system was down they took note and arranged it in a very convenient timing for a working mother with a little child and the doctor was very helpful, reassuring and professional! Thank you!

Review titled The most horrible GP surgury
Rated 1 star out of 5

I been calling to book an appointment for my child and they can even get me one and they are charging money for a care plan that my child need in order to give the school. The receptionist doesn’t even know what it is and they refuse to give me an appointment to the doctor and they keep telling they will phone me for the appointment but never did. Whey even tited to give me an appointment for next week and i been calling for appointments before they always give the same day. They do this care if the patient is in danger they only want money. At least the doctors are excellent but the staff especially the receptionist are terrible and no manners if you disagree with them they will hold the care that you need. Considering it’s for a child who have a life threatening allergy.

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback which we have discussed. We sincerely regret the misunderstanding. We believe this has been discussed with you since and you were given an appointment with the GP the following day as well as a copy of the allergy plan. Over the last several years we have given you on the day appointments to see or speak to the GP but going forward our team of clinicians is changing. We now have advanced nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists and physicians associates who will be able to help. We hope you have a better experience of accessing help going forward.
