Have been at the surgery approx 4 years and was fantastic when I first moved to the area and signed up, but the decline has been dreadful in the last couple of years. Can literally never ever get appointments for either myself or my children. Last time I managed to get an appointment I had to get the bus over to Bosworth Drive at 7pm with my 5 and 2 year old it's an absolute nightmare. Have been waiting for responses for referrals for 2 years now and again I can't get to talk to nobody about it. The new app service has just made it even harder to talk to anybody about anything. Been left feeling extremely deflated and neglected with the service offered.

Dear anonymous, thank you for your feedback. As of 29th of January we have changed the way you can request an appointment. This is now done via our online platform Dr iQ powered by Evergreen. This will allow you to submit a triage form which will be assessed by one of our GP's. Our admin team will then contact you to offer an appointment as per the GP instructions. Here goes another weekend going through opiate pain medication withdrawals because of a failure by staff to provide prescription to chemist. Theyve only been on repeat for 10+ years.

I requested a prescription on the 17 mar, the last prescription for these tablets I collected on the 4th Jan I'm prescribed 84 tablets each time. Today 28th Mar I have taken the last tablet. As you are now closed till 2nd April that will be 4 days that I do not have this medication. Could someone at the practice inform me when I am likely to receive this medication and who is responsible for playing god!!!

Worst ‘doctors surgery’ in the uk, appointments gone within 12 minutes today, can never get an appointment, must have 5 appointments a day for the whole community
