  1. Review titled Always helpful

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have had nothing but positive encounters with Kingsway in the 11 years I have been with them, not just in regards to myself, but my children too - thankfully its not many times I've had to do it but if any of them have been in A&E for whatever reason, I have a call the day after to see how they are. Most recently I had a little bit of a worry so emailed my GP and within 15 hours I was in the practice being seen to, and a prescription provided. They always get back to me within a more than reasonable time frame. All staff are extremely helpful.

  3. Review titled Awful Practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

Today I was told in no uncertain terms was not to visit the surgery to make an appointment face to face with the receptionist. Which now confirms their ‘Covid protocols’ that ran & ran to be false. As today there are no Covid rules in place but still the patients are still on restricted appointments and cannot enter their own surgery. Now I must wait 2 weeks for a phone call from a doctor who will then decide if I qualify for an appointment. All under a Tory government!

  6. Review titled Terrible practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

After ringing to speak to someone about my symptoms I was told to go to hospital as if I were to see a doctor that is what I would be told, I was not asked any details as to my name or age and the person I spoke to was not interested I was probably only on the phone for five minutes or less. This practice used to be great and myself and my family have been patients for over forty years and always got the very best care but now I cannot get to see a doctor anymore. I do appreciate that they are very busy people but just once in a while I would like to see my doctor.

  7. Review titled "Lack of care and concern"

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by JULIE GORDON - Posted on 14 February 2023

I work with doctors and nurses myself. I was feeling unwell, so one of my colleagues took my BP throughout the week. The readings were worryingly high and I Made a chart of the readings. I posted them through the GP on Monday 6th February 2023 for the doctor to review. I rang the GP on Tuesday 7th and I was told they were in the Health care assistants tray and would be forwarded to the doctor. When I didn't here anything back, I rang again on Thursday 9th February and was told it would be flagged to the doctor, again I heard nothing. It is now Tuesday 14th February and I feel dismayed at this situation.
