  1. Review titled Appointment system that works now

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 29 August 2024

Much better system now, no need to call first thing. I got through easily in the afternoon and they apply a triage type system for appointments. I got one the following day and then was quickly referred for tests and all within a week. I found the staff friendly and helpful on this and all other occasions I've needed them.

  2. Review titled ....

Rated 2 stars out of 5

called to book and appointment for a family member and opted to be called back when i was ahead of the que. i got a call back but only rang for 2 seconds before i could reach my phone. i called back and then was put in another que. Was there even a point of me wasting my valuable time on the answer machine to even be in the que? Whats the point of calling someone when clearly you dont want to speak to them? as a receptionist myself this is not professional at all. this is not right at all.

  4. Review titled Worse ever practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Romeela Renna - Posted on 24 April 2024

My mother, an elderly Pakistani woman unfamiliar with technology, had a doctor's appointment. The receptionist instructed her to log in using a monitor at the surgery, as they couldn't do it for her. After managing to log in, she waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that the doctor wasn't aware of her presence. With the doctor fully booked, her only option was to go to A&E and endure a six-hour wait for a check-up.

  5. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

Phone lines, just a joke. I was unable to get through and when I did, had a manager explain to me how walk in centers work, only to go to one to find it is no longer a walk in center. Reception, staffed by arrogant condescending women overflowing with their own importance. Doctors, some very good, some, well lets say they misdiagnosed my partner, who a week later spent five weeks in hospital because of it. Avoid at all costs.

Started ringing at 8am and got through on the 84th attempt, then in waiting que for 50mins to be told I can see a pharmacist and not a Doctor and receptionist wants to know the issue, told her personal and not telling her so make up a reason I don't care and just give me a appt, finally managed to get one, why is so difficult omg, none of receptionist business why I want to see a doctor or not, they are receptionist and need to stick to there job and not try to be doctors.
