The person I spoke to was very professional. She fully resolved the issue. However it's a nightmare trying to get an appointment.

I have been phoned a couple of times from surgery once with a doctor and second with the advanced nurse practitioner. On both occasions the conversation was very helpful and informative and I was able to ask questions. Both very satisfactory appts

I had a telephone call with the senior nurse practitioner who had found out about preventative treatment for recurrent UTIs. Very helpful and full of understanding carried out her job above and beyond and so helpful

Review titled Great experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by HJT - Posted on 10 February 2023
I had 2 appointments with the nurse regarding HRT. The whole experience was first class; I have had heard many stories from friends about bad experiences they have had from many different practices, but she was so knowledgable, helpful and understanding. I was given amazing advice, plus also advice on what to research for my follow up appointment, so I knew exactly what I was doing and what to expect. Delighted with my experience

Review titled Excellent Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Debbie Gray - Posted on 09 May 2023
I would like to commend a member of staff at the surgery for the excellent service I received when I was enquiring about HRT. I was given an in depth health assessment including bloods to indicate hormone levels, blood glucose, lipids amongst other biomarkers. The member of staff took time to explain, exactly what the treatment options were, the risks and benefits and answered all of my questions in depth. I felt that she was really engaged in me as an individual and was able to put me at ease and made me feel 'listened to'. The reception staff at the surgery were also very caring and helpful when I had an additional query with them, despite being very busy. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend this surgery.

Have been seen a couple of times this month. Calls were returned to me, and even reception phoned me back. I noticed a big turn around at kingwood and more patients inside surgery. I Think Kingwood is turning things around. Hallelujah

I was seen and examined unexpectedly. The senior nurse practitioner was understanding and sympathetic to what I had attended for. Discussed in full the problem

Review titled A New all-time Low
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Mr Clive F Buckle - Posted on 19 December 2022
I was just sent home from Hospital after a mild TIA, No paperwork, just a post release phone call to increase medication. I tried to call this surgery at 10:30 am Monday for further advice and all that happened was the call was dropped immediately, no answer no recorded message, nothing. It is a total disgrace. Does patient care not exist anymore.

Review titled Sadly would not recommend
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 05 November 2024
Various unfortunate issues. 1. Severe delays in sending referrals, several times for different issues. Doc apologised but very much delayed my access to diagnosis, treatment, and investigations. Delayed by months if not years. 2. Left a post surgery stitch in me, had to remove it at home. 3. Regularly couldn’t get appointments due to staffing levels. 4. Lack of understanding of things like ’right to choose’. 5. When leaving this GP for a new surgery when moving, the admin team were not great at passing on my medical records and were not very responsive or polite.
