   Phoned son has been vomiting and had diarrhea since Monday now Thursday asked if possible to speak to dr explained we had used 111 and done everything they suggested with no results shebtole me if someone cancelled would phone us. I was about to explain I have to be really careful has have crohn's and autoimmune deficiency she had hung up. Not the first time problem with this same receptionist she never ever gets my mums prescription right we always have to complain. The Doctors are great just receptionist they need to get rid of her asap or will lose patients
