Staff friendly didn't wait too long to be seen but didn't really have the appt i booked for as i wasn't aware i needed inviting for an nhs health check so it couldn't be done. Even though ive never been invited but am over 40 by a bit ! The receptionist just booked it when i requested it but hca was lovely she did what she could

The empathy the Doctor displayed. I felt involved in the best solutions for my health. The receptionist dealt with my phone call very quickly and I felt valued .

Its a nightmare trying to get through i phoned up at 8.33 and already i was told i was number 17 in line. 30 mins just to speak to a receptionist is not good. Another time i phoned i was no20 in line eventualy i got through after 40 mins and was told all appointments are gone phone again tomm.

Disappointed at not seeing a Docto the nurse i saw was friendly and said she would discus my health cause with the Doctor

Thank you for your feedback. Our nurse practitioner is fully trained to deal with many conditions and will always discuss with a GP when necessary. Sue Miller

The receptionists although under extreme pressure. Always try & help you the best they can So no point in getting annoyed with them when appointment dates are long way off.

The surgery are always so quick to treat my daughter and the care and understanding provided by reception and gp is amazing!

I mistakenly came 1 hr late for my blood test. The nurse explained why she could not do it and she patiently listened to my concerns and booked my future appts herself. THANKS

Polite , friendly staff who will help you any way they can and keep you informed where necessary.I have been a patient here 50+ years and hope to continue,all the Drs past and present have been excellent at giving care etc.

Fantastic & helpful reception staff as always, & managed to get a dr to see me there and then, due to the amount of pain i was in. Which I wasn’t expecting.
