    I requested and was given a same day appt and saw a paramedic. She was uncertain what the problem was so asked a GP to see me. He was suspicious of the problem, asked the paramedic to contact Moorfields. Within an hour of being home, Moorfields rang asking to see me in 2 days time. Thank you so much to everyone at Knebworth today.

    This is a terrible service, F2F are near on impossible to obtain. Two calls made- 1st time after 27mins caller number one, I was hung up on. 2nd time 26 caller number one,the 32 mins there is no one to take your call and cut off. Receptio staff are rude when asking simple questions as if you jave inconvenienced them by visiting the surgery. I would not recommend this surgery to anybody and would look around for a more reliable practice. As a previous commentor has made, the surgery never seem to have anybody waiting so makes you wonder why!

    So today I attended the Knebworth surgery for a blood test. Excellent service from the nurse,thank you!! But as I have said and many others for months now why is the waiting room always empty,??? One person when I arrived, only one person when I left. Obviously can't be many face to face appointment still?? Begs the question is this the reason long waits of weeks for just a phone appointment doctors spending more time on phones than seeing people??! When I have got through the brick wall of reception staff are great!! Obviously the reason a third of the waiting room has been bricked off is because it's hardly used?? Just hope all the "changes" promised make a difference to seeing a doctor again.

    Been on the phone to them now for over 16 minutes being told by automated message to use the Internet as I'm ringing for a friend and as I don't know her date of birth I'm still on it waiting. It seems the are trying desperately to get me off the phone.

    When you finally get through to a receptionist they are rude and unhelpful. Unable to speak to a receptionist face 2 face as reception is blocked off. Emergency appointments are still via telephone, which must result in wasted time as generally the clinician then wants to see you face 2 face. If you miss your call you miss your appointment then have to attempt to call back the next day, that's if you haven't ended up in a&e beforehand.

    It is nearly impossible to get an appointment at this practice. You have to ring at 8am to get a same day appointment, you will wait in a queue for an eternity only to be told by a rude member of reception that all appointments have been filled for the day. They will recommend you try their e-consult online, which says someone will call you back within 2-3 days. This is false. When I waited for 5 days without a call and spent an hour and a half in the telephone queue to ask when someone would call I was told that the information given on the e-consult was wrong and that it's actually a 3-4 weeks you have to wait. You don't receive confirmation about this though. The above is not an isolated incident, the level of service has been very poor for a long time now. It is so disappointing as this used to be a really good surgery. Unfortunately I and my family will now be looking to change surgery as we have no faith in Marymead and Knebworth at all anymore.

    I was recommended by my GP here for physio. I got rejected by the physiotherapist. She said that she already cancelled my appointment. I was late for 5 to 10 mins as I couldn’t find the place. She can see that I was in pain and at the moment, she doesnt have any patient. I don’t understand. No compassion and no consideration. She said she called the next patient and she is just waiting for the person. I said, I didn’t receive any call, and she said she would normally call but not everytime. Horrible experience. I’m now here in pain trying to get hold off my GP so I can get to a physio. I don’t normally post negative review. But i’d like to notify people about this and make sure they come in 1 hour before so they wont waste time and make sure that they just dont cancel your appointment. I hope the physiotherapist woman reads this and be more considerate with patients. Very terrible experience. I was crying on the way back home because of pain and mostly because of the bad experience and the way the Physiotherapist talked to me in this clinic

    No appointments available everyday. Headed to the hospital instead. Disappointing service. I had a read just now that its just 15 appointments per day because of safety? I dont understand to why they cut down their services.

    I use well pharmacy to order my repeat subscription on the 18th of April well pharmacy confirmed my order had been placed on the 19th of April then sent a repeat order for my prescription saying they've still not received confirmation from my doctors surgery advised to call the surgery everytime I call their busy even leaving a message on their answerphone it says I can't because it's full. Please try again later. Now in two days time I fly out to Rhodes for a week's holiday without my blood pressure tablets. Obviously the stress this is causing is now my blood pressure to increase.

    Spent a hour and a half on the phone waiting to speak to someone, get told I will get a doctor to call me back , it didn’t happen, next day spend an hour on the phone waiting, now I will get a call in May . I’ve just spent 8 days in hospital and I’ve a reaction to the medication. Shocking service
