The nurse who took care of me today was very patient and informative. Initially was very nervous about the procedure but he made me very comfortable and the procedure ended up being painless.

I went for a general check-up today. While I find most GP practicioners polite enough, the nurse I saw today was extremely kind, such an angel. She was empathetic, friendly and calming. She could easily be a therapist, what a nice experience. To the nurse, you are an angel and this practice is very lucky to have you.

Staff and doctors always go above and beyond to make sure we get appointments when possible . Am never rushed out of doctors room as my time feels up ! Recently spent 40 mins in room due to mental health issues with my young daughter and doc was so easy to speak to and made us feel at ease. Everything we spoke about has been dealt with and acted upon quickly . All doctors I have seen here have great compassion and respect with patients.

Great practice, smooth process, quick & efficient and lovely GPs/Paramedics. On both occasions when I have called in the morning I have managed to get an appointment for the same day, whoever I have seen has been understanding, thorough and attentive, and I have got the relevant prescription within a few hours.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at this practice for helping me this morning. I called at 8am with an ear infection. The receptionist who answered my call was efficient, understanding and kind and arranged an immediate appointment for me. The paramedic who saw me was fantastic - she immediately recognised me and understood my ongoing ear complications and took a swab, my blood pressure and prescribed my medication. The doctor who authorised my prescription, sent me a very kind text message wishing me well. Even in these trying times for health care they provided such a swift, professional and kind service. The practice is also spotlessly clean. I’m very impressed. Thank you to you all, and for all you do for our community.

My most recent experience of Knights Hill Surgery has once again been outstanding. It was easy to get through by phone, an appointment was available within a reasonable time frame, and the nurse and doctor I have seen have both been extremely professional, knowledgable, caring and kind (the same goes for their team of receptionists!). Knights Hill Surgery is constantly working on improving their service in noticeable ways (ease of booking appointments, communication). I'm impressed and grateful, and would definitely recommend this practice!

I almost don’t want to recommend the surgery as it means more people will join it! But they are excellent. Night and day to my past surgery. Every single, person is kind, caring and helpful. It never feels like anyone is just "doing their job", it feels like they genuinely care. The front desk staff were patient on my last visit and answered every question. The Clinician I saw for my appointment was kind, caring and helpful as is every other person I've dealt with at Knights Hill.

The GP was very helpful and gave solutions to my problem quickly. I really appreciate I was able to submit my concern via e-consult/online services, as I wasn’t sure the issue was urgent. I appreciate how efficient they were at answering and that the information the GP provided was also sent by text so i could check in my own time.

I had a telephone appointment yesterday to discuss some details of a DEXA scan, and it was a very positive experience. To start with, I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait about a week from the day of contacting the surgery (and only little more for my upcoming in person appointment, for a different issue). The only minor inconvenience was that I received the call after the allocated time. The clinician explained they had had some issues and apologized, then proceeded to address my doubts in a very thorough and clear manner. He was very professional and approachable, and made sure I was happy with the explanation. I felt cared for and supported. Very satisfied!

My most recent experience was with a pharmacist when my medication was reviewed after monitoring an earlier prescription. An alternative was prescribed in satisfactory way. My appointment was squeezed in despite the minimal appointment slots. Dedicated, empathic, and professional. Standards maintained services delivered.
