Whenever I’ve had contact with any staff at the surgery I’ve been treated with respect and listened to. The receptionists are to be applauded for their work. I’ve had phone and face to face appointments with the Doctor, nurse and pharmacist. Always helpful and just had a review with the pharmacist for the first time and found it incredibly useful. This seems to be a new service with plenty of time allowed. I’ve not used the new on line triage system yet as not needed to, but I used the online booking service we had before covid so I’m sure it will work well. So thank you to everyone at the practice as you are doing a wonderful job,

Following a recent blood test I was found to have raised cholesterol which I found quite worrying. I received a call from the practice pharmacist who talked me through the results and offered constructive informative advice in a very reassuring manner. I am very grateful to him and will now implement the lifestyle changes recommended, in the hope I can avoid having to take medication. Thank you.

Doctor was attentive, competent and helpful and nurses were supportive and kind. Appointment at St Peter’s was carried out in a professional and caring manner and I could not have asked for more

Doctor called me on date and time stated. He was very understanding and listened intently. It nice that the doctor listens to your concerns and then provides guidance.

The doctor explained the results so well I was left at ease ,he was also very easy to talk to which I found a breath of fresh air.

This was a brief telephone appointment with practice pharmacist for a change of medication as recommended by NICE. All straightforward although a little rushed.

The nurse I saw today was very thorough. She didn't rush the appointment. She has a kind and helpful approach. Listened and arranged for a follow up telephone call with the Pharmist. She went above and beyond expectations. Very happy.
