   Left a repeat prescription in surgery 22nd May,found out it had been lost on the 2nd June. Was promised it would be sent to pharmacist straight away. Been to pharmacist today 5th June who said they only got it this morning. Why tell lies, still waiting for my medication. Just a nhs number nowadays.
