   I have had a horrible experience with the receptionist, my son has had an inhaler that has been on repeat prescription for almost 2 years rejected with no notes or forewarn, an inhaler he actively uses every day, the receptionist then tried to recommend a dose for my son without actual clinical review, and despite telling them he had completely run out of the inhaler and we were in critical need, the receptionist offered no thorough resolution and tried to dismiss me, I have also been told by a nurse at the practice that "asthma is not a breathing problem" amongst other issues. This experience is horrible to say the least.

   Thank you for your feedback on the practice website. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our receptionists. Our pharmacists rejected the medication as this was over the recommended dose inline with the current guidelines. Our reception staff done give out instruction's for mediation only advise which on this day she was advised by the nurse. An offer for an appointment with the nurse was suggested in order to review the dosage however this was rejected. A prescription was issued by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner that dat once the dose was amended after clarification to her from yourself. Regards Miss S Smith Practice Manager
