From the moment I submitted my e consult, I was impressed by how quickly Dr responded. Within 24 hours, I received a thorough and thoughtful reply that addressed all of my concerns. This promptness is particularly commendable considering the upcoming Christmas bank holiday, which can often lead to delays in healthcare services. Dr demonstrated a deep understanding of the pressures associated with potential health deterioration during this busy season. They acknowledged the urgency of my situation and provided clear guidance on how to manage my symptoms effectively while waiting for further treatment options. Not only did Dr provide timely advice, but they also took immediate action by prescribing medication that would help alleviate my condition. Also looked into couple of previous consultation and acknowledged the need of checking whether the previous symptom has cured or helped me to run some test and attached urine culture along with previous health related blood test to check if i have fully cured. This proactive approach made me feel valued as a patient and reassured me that my health was a priority. Overall, I cannot thank Dr enough for their outstanding care and professionalism. Their ability to combine prompt communication with effective treatment truly sets them apart in the field of medicine. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking medical advice or treatment

Very helpful when needed an emergency appointment. I called them as I had a hearing assessment booked for today with Inhealth who advised that I could not get any more help with my hearing aids until I had an assessment but then called me on the day stating they could not do the assessment without a referral from my GP as their contract with the NHS changed in November. I called my Dr Surgery to ask for an urgent referral for today's appointment and they kindly arranged an appointment for within half an hour and gave me the urgent referral so that I did not have to go without working hearing aids which would have stopped me from working. Amazing and I am very grateful to them.

She saw my daughter very politely and her explanation was great.I am happy her service. She explained about Asthma and the other things that she was concerned about my daughter other issues. She asked dr about another issue which make me feel better. She was concerned about how I understood about Asthma affecting young children.

Today I had an appointment at laburnum health centre for routine blood pressure check. The lady who checked my blood pressure was so professional , nice and friendly, she treated me with respect .

From the first contact with the receptionist I was treated with patience, kindness and much empathy. The doctor who saw me was very professional and thorough in my examination. Once again the doctor was patient and treated me with much empathy. Thank you all

Every time I ring up which isn’t very often thankfully I get a young man who is very good and polite. Unfortunately haven’t seen a GP at this practise for nearly 5 years. Always have to see a Nurse practitioner. I had an x ray on my back and they lost the results. Never bothered asking for another one. Had a health check done by the Nurse. Wanted to speak to an actual GP but no luck. The waiting room is always empty but yet never any appointments. If I thought another practise was better I would change but sadly I think most are the same now. On the last occasion I had to go to a pharmacy and speak with them about my issues. Not fair on the pharmacists.

This clinic never answers the phone. Last month, when I had a bad case of diarrhea, I tried calling them. Guess what? Same old story at 8:05 am—all appointments were already taken. This makes me feel sad. Despite paying so much in National Insurance, I have to struggle to get an appointment. In the last two years, I have never seen this clinic pick up the phone for appointments.

Your response to the review below is misleading . Your website clearly states the practice is open at 0800 ! and any reasonable person would attempt to secure an appointment at that time . Unfortunately I was discharged into the care of the GP and despite acute health issues and the need for medication I could not secure an appointment for over a week , and now not at all in the daily phone lottery . How can you take on new patients when you cannot offer effective care to your current ones ?

I spoke the the practice pharmacist and it was a refreshing change to speak with someone that was polite understanding and I felt unhurried for once. I wish all the staff there were the same. For once I came off the phone pleased and never felt as though someone barely had the time to listen.
