    This clinic never answers the phone. Last month, when I had a bad case of diarrhea, I tried calling them. Guess what? Same old story at 8:05 am—all appointments were already taken. This makes me feel sad. Despite paying so much in National Insurance, I have to struggle to get an appointment. In the last two years, I have never seen this clinic pick up the phone for appointments.

    Your response to the review below is misleading . Your website clearly states the practice is open at 0800 ! and any reasonable person would attempt to secure an appointment at that time . Unfortunately I was discharged into the care of the GP and despite acute health issues and the need for medication I could not secure an appointment for over a week , and now not at all in the daily phone lottery . How can you take on new patients when you cannot offer effective care to your current ones ?

    Lovely place the staff doctors were soo helpful and listened to all my problems and everyone is caring and kind and very supportive and they tell us how to look ourselves correctly

    I spoke the the practice pharmacist and it was a refreshing change to speak with someone that was polite understanding and I felt unhurried for once. I wish all the staff there were the same. For once I came off the phone pleased and never felt as though someone barely had the time to listen.

    As I needed some information and was near to the Practice I decided to walk in. I feared I would be told to make my enquiry by phone only. I was wrong. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and invited to explain my query. The female receptionist couldn't have been lovelier. Incredibly patient and listened to me without rushing me. Most efficient and interactive. She was able to provide me with information there and then so I was not fobbed off. Such a wonderful down to earth approachable lady. I felt so much better at having been able to speak to her face to face. This lady knew her stuff and for which I am truly grateful.

    Prescription wasn’t past , and I was out off full medication. The practice prompted the situation and , I managed to get my full medication within an hour from my local pharmacy.

    I moved over to this surgery from another one. We were given the option to. While it was daunting moving surgeries, I must say that the move has been such a smooth one. Everyone at this practice is so professional and efficient. Things are done with my utter most care in mind. While I do miss my old surgery and doctor I’m confident in this practice’s cordination

    My wonderful GP was caring enough to make a Neurology Referral to Queens Hospital. Sadly three months later I found that the hospital have not been releasing any appointmentd with no plans to release any for the foreseeable future. The NHS site where you can review waiting list times has false data so it is unreliable. I invested sone time and discovered Homerton University Hospital has an 8 week waiting list so I asked whether I could be referred there. A lovely kind female member on the Administrative Team called me and made sure I understood the system: A - The moment she started the Referral Process I would immediately be removed from the waiting list at Queens. B - Only then would she be able to access their booking system with no guarantee when the next available appointment would be. C - They may reject it as I am out-of-area and I would left back a square one. I asked her to proceed and was eternally grateful as I have been waiting since June, it's now September and I have an appointment in November. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was unexplained in detail. My clinical welfare was priotitised above all so a great big thank you to all x

    Have been with this practice for over five years and they have never failed me - unlike many other NHS services. Over 40 years ago, as a child, I was misdiagnosed by a third party. This was never questioned. I have been subjected to unnecessary tests and over prescribed unnecessary medication. This practice were so thorough they chose to question this and referred me to a fantastic specialist who correctly diagnosed me, prescribed the correct combination of medication and there has been a vast improvement. Since receiving the correct diagnosis this practice has offered a level of care second to none including additional referals to specialist services.
