I have been left in agonising pain after seeking doctors help several times, I was sent to physio and have only been seen twice in 4 months. I have continued to seek medical help for this problem but am having little to no response. They have still not attempted to find the route course for this problem. I have also had to contact a chiropractor who cannot do anymore due to it being an issue my doctor has to refer to the hospital. It has left me unknowing and in sever pain which is causing me to stop most normal every day activities after my surgery have refused to do anything for.

Done an EConsult earlier this year and was seen by a dr at St Luke’s and could not fault the service. Sent for ultrasound due to lump in testicles and on having ultrasound on a Saturday was told phone drs on the Monday for follow up appointment due to large lump will need removing. Could not get through for a week then when I did got told to do an EConsult. Wife complained and got told dr will phone with 48 hours. 4 days later get a text to say it’s normal and no need to see anyone and no chance to talk about the pain I am still experiencing due to the lump in my testicle and being told that due to the lump being 1.5cm it will need removing. I feel 1.5cm lump on testicle is a big lump that needs discussing but the doctors seem to only do online as it is easier. Wife dropped a sample off and the amount of chairs in waiting room is at least a quarter to what it was so that tells me there are not interested in seeing patients face to face anymore. I will be looking for another practice that are interested in their patients health and not ticking boxes

Had an appointment for minor surgery and took a day off work, but upon arrival at the practice was told that the appointment was made by their mistake - a system error. I was turned away !!! So a day of my annual leave has been wasted !! Staff were unable to make a new appointment for the dates which I suggested because those days were more than three weeks in advance. I am upset and angry - absolutely fuming !!! The way I was treated is really disgusting ! PS. I have been registered with another lwp practice for nearly seven years (Weston Lane Surgery), but have never managed to meet my GP. It has been impossible to get an appointment. Despite having been very, very ill, on numerous occasions, with serious underlying health conditions , I was always told to go to hospital walk in centre, or sent to another practice on the other side of city ! Not good enough !!!!
