   Had an issue with my skin last year. Was told "the doctor will call you back". Did not happen and this same outcome kept happening after several calls. Went in person and kicked up a fuss and eventually got referred to a specialist. The specialist told me to book a blood test with the gp. They said the doctor will call you back between 2 - 530. I missed the call and was told I'll have to try again the next day. 1 year in and been seen to once.
